Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets for The Miracle of Sheffield are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled, rescheduled or moved to another venue, or a refund is otherwise required by law. Please check your chosen date, time and ticket quantity before completing your booking.
Subject to these exceptions, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or are unable to attend.
If a performance is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund. If it is rescheduled or moved, you may choose to attend or request a refund. We will contact affected ticket holders using the details provided when booking.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
